Our Florida licensed real estate brokerage is dedicated to providing the best and most efficient DVC buying and selling opportunities in the industry.

Our goal is to make buying and selling as easy and efficient as possible. With this in mind, we have cut out back and forth negotiations in lieu of transparent pricing for buyers and instant offers for sellers.

As an iBuyer and reseller, Magic Resales is unique among DVC brokers in that we maintain a closed inventory system. For sellers, this means that you will be selling to an all cash, high volume, instant offer purchaser who will not back out of a sale. For buyers, this means you will be getting a “no-haggle, best price” deal on all contracts offered for sale on our site without the hassle of back and forth negotiations and the risk that an offer will not be accepted.
