Magic Resales is the first and only reseller of Disney Vacation Club timeshare contracts devoted exclusively to a Low-Price, No-Haggle business model. This means that all of our contracts are listed at the lowest acceptable price, saving buyers the back and forth of traditional negotiating and the accompanying stress that a transaction might not happen. Our goal is to price our contracts low enough that the buyer gets a great deal, but high enough that the transaction survives Disney's Right of First Refusal (ROFR).
Contract length can vary depending on the deed expiration date of the resort. Current end dates for Resorts will range from 2042 to 2070. Magic Resales is not affiliated with Disney Vacation Club, The Walt Disney Company, or any related entities or subsidiaries thereof.
